One-Month Academic Exchange Program for a Delegation of 100 Faculty Members and Students
In 2023, Yulin Co., Ltd. organized and executed a Japan university exchange and study program for a delegation of approximately 100 faculty members and students from Zhejiang A&F University. Lasting for one month, the program was a large-scale international educational initiative integrating academic exchange, campus immersion, cultural learning, and global perspective development.
During the program, participants visited leading Japanese universities, including the The University of Tokyo, Waseda University, and University of Tsukuba. Through specialized courses, academic lectures, laboratory visits, campus interactions, and cultural activities, they gained a comprehensive understanding of Japan’s higher education system, research and innovation mechanisms, and talent development models.
The program focused on areas such as agricultural science, environmental protection, life sciences, technological innovation, international education, and intercultural communication. Faculty members and students engaged extensively with Japanese professors, researchers, and student representatives, holding in-depth discussions on academic research, international collaboration, talent cultivation, and future development opportunities.
In addition to university exchanges, the program included cultural and social studies, corporate visits, and hands-on learning experiences. These activities enabled participants to gain a multidimensional understanding of Japanese society, industrial development, and innovation ecosystems, while strengthening their global outlook and cross-cultural communication skills.
